1. About LoopEd AI

LoopEd AI is a suite of AI-powered marketing simulators operated by MARKX Limited, a company incorporated in the United Arab Emirates ("we", "us", "our"). LoopEd AI provides simulated advertising environments, currently a Google Ads simulator (Search and Performance Max) and a Meta Ads simulator, for educational and training purposes. Campaigns you build in a simulator run against a simulated market inside LoopEd AI: they involve no real ad spend, place no real ads, and are not submitted to any advertising platform.

LoopEd AI also includes VERA, an optional auditing feature. If you choose to use it, VERA reads data from a real Google Ads or Meta advertising account that you own or are authorized to access, on a read-only basis, in order to produce an audit report for you. VERA does not create, edit, pause, or spend anything on your live account, and we only read an account when you connect it and run an audit yourself. 2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use LoopEd AI. By registering you confirm that the information you provide is accurate. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf and that you otherwise have the legal capacity to enter into them.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for any unlawful purpose.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use LoopEd AI for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the platform;
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or extract data from LoopEd AI;
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its infrastructure.

5. Simulation data, audits & educational purpose

All performance data, quality scores, impression shares, and other metrics produced by LoopEd AI's simulators are simulated and generated by algorithmic models for educational purposes only. They do not represent real advertising performance and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional advertising advice or actual campaign management.

A VERA audit is different: it is generated from data in the real advertising account you connect. Its findings, grades, and recommendations are provided for guidance and education only, they are not professional advertising advice, and they may be incomplete or unsuited to your circumstances. You remain solely responsible for reviewing any recommendation and for any change you choose to make to your live account.

The benchmark ranges LoopEd AI teaches against are built from published industry sources and our own modeling. We do not use data from your advertising account to calibrate our benchmarks or our scoring engines, in aggregated or anonymized form or otherwise, we do not pool it with other customers' account data, and we do not sell it or use it to train AI models. It is used to produce your audit report and nothing else. See our Privacy Policy for the full statement.

6. Intellectual property

All content, software, designs, and materials on LoopEd AI are the property of MARKX Limited or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of LoopEd AI without our prior written consent.

7. Subscriptions & billing

Certain features of LoopEd AI may be available on a paid subscription basis. Subscription fees, billing cycles, and cancellation terms are described at the point of purchase. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for any subscription payments, partial months, or unused periods. You may cancel your subscription at any time and retain access until the end of the current billing period.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

LoopEd AI is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of LoopEd AI is at your sole risk.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MARKX Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of LoopEd AI, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email or by posting a notice within the platform. Your continued use of LoopEd AI after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
